Diversity is what makes us better together at Rightly. 

We promote an inclusive culture for the feel and sense of community and belonging. That is our “Rightlyness”. 

We are all committed to and have a responsibility to be fair and treat everyone fair and equally and with respect.  

 

The policy:

At Rightly we strive to make all colleagues feel welcome and included. We consider diversity an advantage that promotes quality, good results and strong values. Innovation relies on diverse perspectives.  

We do not discriminate in any way. We make our hires based on the candidates’ personality, skills and experience – irrespective of gender, age, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability and religious background.  

We are a company of 35 people with different ages, backgrounds, educations, nationalities, skillsets etc. We are a mix of men and women, also in our management group.  

Everyone at Rightly brings their unique and individual experiences, perspectives, skills and characteristics to Rightly and create an inspiring work environment and place to come to work.
